Deposits

Your time is valuable to me, and I strive to minimize waiting times for services. To ensure that your appointment runs smoothly, please do your best to book all the services you think you’ll need during your visit. This will help me allocate the appropriate amount of time just for you.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. It helps minimize the risk of no-shows for these time slots.

**Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:** If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit your deposit. You may transfer the deposit to a new appointment date once. However, if you transfer the deposit and then miss that appointment, you will lose the deposit and will need to make a new one for future visits.

**Add-On Services:** The length and density of your hair can affect the typical duration of a style. Please book any necessary add-on services accordingly. If you’re unsure whether you need additional services, feel free to text me a picture of your hair or your inspiration photo, and I will be happy to offer guidance.
